Exchanges & Returns

Currently, Tatum’s Tail is currently not accepting exchanges. 

Tatum’s Tail will gladly accept any return if you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, and it meets the following requirements:

  • Return must be started, and post marked within 14 days of original delivery.
  • All items must be returned in NEW condition, unwashed and hair free
  • Tatum’s Tail is not responsible for damages caused by chewing or biting
  • Tatum’s Tail is not responsible for any return shipments that are lost in the mail
  • Tatum’s Tail will not supply pre-paid return labels. Return labels are to be funded at the expense of the customer
  • Tatum’s Tail will not be responsible to re-mailing a return that does not meet the return standards. If there are any questions regarding products return status, please feel free to contact us at our support email.
  • Order cancellations are not possible once the order has been shipped. Order cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Final sale products are NOT eligible to be returned under any circumstance

Made-to-Order products are NOT subject to returns. Any product designated MTO or Made-to-Order will not be accepted as a return under any circumstances. 

How to Start a Return:

Please reach out to our Tatum’s Tail support team to initiate the return. Please include your order number and your reason for the return. We may request photos of your return to ensure the product is in the proper condition for a return to be processed. At this point you will be provided the shipping information to send your items back.

Once your return is received and approved based on our return policy your return will be processed. You will receive your refund via your original payment method within 48 hours of the return being processed. You will also receive an email to confirm you return has been processed.
