Shipping Policy

Tatum’s Tail is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once the package has been accepted by the shipper. 

Re-Shipping Packages:

Tatum’s Tail is not responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping a package if a customer has entered the wrong mailing address and the package is returned to us. If the customer would like the package to be mailed again to the correct address an additional fee of $8 will be required to cover the cost of shipping. If the package was mailed to the wrong address and Tatum’s Tail receives it back in the mail, and the customer does not want to the package reissued, a refund will be issued in the amount of the return minus $8 dollars of the cost of the original shipment. 

US Shipping: 

Orders generally take 2-4 days to process and around 5 business days arrive at your front door. All US orders over $50 dollars ship free.

International orders:

Tatum’s Tail is NOT responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, import fees or duty fees that may be imposed on the shipment. Processing for international orders is generally 2-4 days and delivery time is calculated based on your exact location. Shipping cost is dependent upon your location. Tatum’s Tail is not responsible for delivery delays that are not within our control. 

Damages & Defects:

If a customer receives an item, they believe is damaged please notify Tatum’s Tail support team within 14 days of delivery. Photos of the damaged item will be required to support the claim.
